The "sidebar" (and also the "sidebarSticky") area cannot keep on the right side #3

As the topic, the "sidebar" area and also the "sidebarSticky" area cannot keep on the right side (like the demo) but stay on the bottom of the page. Please fix this problem. By the way, do you have a tutorial about how to install this template and the settings? image image image image
