Update EclipSLEE nightly build location in the User Guide #108

Chapter 2.2.3. "Nightly Builds Update Site" points to the old CI location [1]. 
The functioning CI job [2] reports the wrong version - 2.0.0, even though it 
has been built after 2.1.0.FINAL according to date.
