Fixes #19

added a setter for the timeout of A2SClient
better code consistency for timeout behavior between async and not(async) features :
- consistent timeout duration for A2SClient::new()'s
- socket also as a field in async feature
- timeout setter will return error if attempt to set timeout to 0 - this is an error for std::net::UDPSocket but not for tokio::net::UDPSocket

There isn't really anything to maintain. A2S protocol has not changed for decades. Will take a look at this when I have more time.
