What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. M-x package-list-packages
2. Try to find Nav in the list of packages
3. Nav does not exist in the list
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect Nav to be available on ELPA/MELPA so that I can install it from within
a script. I use a script to install Emacs plugins on several machines and
cannot install manually.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Emacs 24.2 on Linux
