Cannot open file when cursor is on last character #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move the cursor to the last character in the Nav buffer
2. Hit enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected it to open the file. Instead it complains about being a read only 
buffer.

This happens when the cursor is at the end of any line. Sometimes it complains, 
other 
times it just inserts a new line.

This is fixed in revision 27.
