Quick buttons at bottom are cryptic #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load nav.

At the bottom, the quick buttons don't say what they are about. I think it 
would be better to just 
show the names of the files and directories that they take you to, one per 
line.

I tried putting the full paths at the bottom but it was ugly so I decided 
against it for now.
