Nav doesn't always visit the last quickjump on enter #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Nav, press M-> (meta shift dot)
2. Hit enter to visit the last quickjump

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should visit quickjump directory 0. Instead it makes an empty buffer and 
puts the cursor in it.
