Emacs goes all funny if you delete the nav buffer. #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to nav bufs mode
2. Move the cursor to *Nav* and press d to delete the nav buffer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nav should disappear and emacs usage should proceed normally. Instead
emacs prints out "Wrong type argument: window-live-p, nil", M-x no longer
works, and quitting no longer works either.

My guess is that this has something to do with the kill buffer hook.

The same thing happens if you press q in bufs mode.
