Clicking truncated filenames opens them in the wrong window. #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Carbon Emacs.
2. M-x nav.
3. Click some file to open it in a new window.
4. Resize nav window so some filename is truncated.
5. Click the truncated filename.

What is the expected output?
The file should open in the non-nav window.

What do you see instead?
It opens in the nav window.

Was only happening because I was clicking the files twice, which is listed as 
another issue.
