What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In nav buffer press C-s for search
2. Find the file that you want
3. Open it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For open a file i need to quit off the I-search and then open the
file/directory. Will be nice open a file in I-search with one command.

It's not clear to me how to do this without interfering with the ability of
users to customize the style of their search. The benefit of removing one
keystroke doesn't seem worth the risk of introducing bugs or confusion. Closing
the issue even though I do appreciate your feedback.
