Describe the bug
I want to understand if its possible to use this app without connecting to Vercel when using locally. When i try to upload an image, I see the following error:
[Upload] BlobError: Vercel Blob: No token found. Either configure theBLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKENenvironment variable, or pass atokenoption to your calls.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open the vision preview bot
Upload an image
Expected behavior
Not sure if this supported but can we use this project locally without requiring Vercel tokens?
