Add "GitHub projects" #871

:bulb: Feature Description

GitHub Projects are a great way to organize team work and product development. It is very useful as it summarizes issues and PRs from mant repos.

But currently LlamaHub, "only" supports the following loaders:

My team and myself use it on a daily basis, and as a a manager I use it to build activity reports, and animate SCRUMs.

:point_right: So implementing this loader would make it possible to reach a new level of performance and automation.

Hi @anoopshrma , I'm afraid I'll run out of time to achieve this work. But I could play the tester role :smile_cat:
