Can Use in online Demo #29

Hello, Llama-Index team,

Thank you for your outstanding work. However, while using the online demo, I encountered an issue where I was unable to extract information, as shown in the image below. Could you please let me know if I am doing something wrong?

when I use api, I get : Exception: Failed to extract the file: 410ccb97-d76e-4693-b6b3-4aafb560cffb, status: StatusEnum.ERROR

Even the CLOUD webapp is not working... as @XeeKee said
