Something went wrong when reconstruction page X #413

Seeing a error like Page 2986 [error] - RECONSTRUCTION_ERROR : Something went wrong when reconstruction page 2986.

I do see the job itself has succeeded but am not seeing the images from this document. Would like to know what this specific line mean in more depth.

Can I get some help on what exactly happened on this job?
