Issue with LlamaParse ...Chinese Parsing of an English Doc #465

Describe the bug Markdown came back as an error:

It seems to be a font issue. What happen when you copy past from the document?

Alternatively in history details is there any logs?

Now it wont process at all, not sure if there are bugs on API but front-end llama cloud parse is down as well
