Implement RestartGame #13

RestartGame-functionality was temproarily removed due to #11 .

Reimplement the feature, by having a lookup to the database, to retrieve the data directly.

[x] Should we reset the generator's state too? I believe it makes sense to do so.
[x] Should we track the previous games history in the database? We already track every games history, even if they are abandoned, so why not this?
