Overview of the Issue

When running atlantis i noticed this message in the logs

http: URL query contains semicolon, which is no longer a supported separator; parts of the query may be stripped when parsed; see golang.org/issue/25192

I'm using Gitlab for the git provider.

Reproduction Steps

• Standup Atlantis pointed to a Gitlab repo
• Make an MR
• Investigate the log output of atlantis

Additional Context

It doesn't seem to have affected the Gitlab MR comment at least not that I can tell. I'm more just reporting the issue incase its not known.
