Overview of the Issue

The check never terminates when atlantis plan gets executed continuously displaying 1 required check running now in Azure DevOps Screenshot included

Reproduction Steps

1) Add PR comment: atlantis plan 2) Checks get initiated displaying e.g. : 0/1 project applied successsfully. Running 3) Atlantis plan gets executed and the result gets displayed as PR comment but the check running never ends, the message 1 required check running now never disappears/changes
