Add Search to Folder List Pop-Up #1489

As your folder list grows, when you move a file to a folder - scrolling down thru the list to find the correct folder may become challenge.

Solution to this (as some other web mail providers have) is to add a folder search option within the pop up window, also to add to this feature a "new" folder creation option in that same window.

Both will aid into a faster more robust UX - Thanks!
