feat(templates): Create draft on template item click #1613

Fixes and closes #402

[x] ~~Consider hiding some multi-select buttons that do not apply (mark as (un)read, move to folder, report spam).~~ (things might change in near future)
[x] Do not open draft when clicking on multi-select checkbox.
[x] Write tests.
- [x] Create a template (blocked by issue #1611).
- [x] Create draft and navigate to compose on template click.

Looks fairly sane to me - one minor thought - can we edit/save existing Templates without creating new ones? (I think thats what the tid/mid are for.. tid=existing template id, mid=message based on template)
