Message list improvements: icons/buttons #539

Messages should be able to be individually flagged and cycled read/unread via icons/buttons in the message list, i.e. instead of showing a black flag only when a message is flagged, show a gray flag on all messages and allow them to be clicked to turn them red (flagging the message) and clicked again to turn them gray again, and the same should be done with an icon for read/unread, whether a dot or an envelope icon.

A good suggestion which we will consider in future upgrades to the message list.
