Cannot read property 'document' #27

Hi Kazuki,

thanks for your plugin. Great job!

The plugin works fine to generate images. If I try to use the preview I get the error message Unable to open 'PlantUML Preview': Cannot read property 'document' of undefined.

Can you help?
