Fixed examples of Navbar.elm #27

Hi,

I've noticed that the examples on Navbar can not be compiled, and some people were trying to resolve this issue in #20, but it's no longer updated. I fixed them and additional points. Could you please review and merge it?

The code was formatted by elm-format, and its style is a bit different from the previous one. If it's not acceptable, please let me know.
