Ivy dependency graph #4

I know that one can add a report target to ant script to generate a dependency 
tree. But it would be very nice to have a context menu item for an Ivy project 
that shows the dependency graph. Eclipse seems to have one though it is not as 
good as Netbeans Maven dependency Graph support.

This is a feature I have been thinking about. I am not familiar with the APIs 
the maven project uses but I would like to work on this as time permits. Will 
keep you posted
