[Suggestion] Implement restart #70

Implement restart, this can be realized via the Windows task scheduler. ValheimServerGUI would need additional start parameters for this.

Example: ValheimServerGUI.exe -

Goes with: [Suggestion] Realize profiles via tabs and assign a unique ID to each profile.

It would be awesome with a way to schedule restarts of a profile.
