Sorry about the Rd updates (cosmetic changes due to updated roxygen), could back them out.

Would like to get a new version of lme4 on CRAN; are you willing to submit a version of lmerTest with these changes?

Thanks Ben for the PR. Yes, this solves issues with the new lme4 version. I chose a slightly version to accommodate the combination of updated lmerTest with old(er) lme4.
