NPC Agression Timer to auto turn off in certain areas #11860

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In lots of places NPC agression is not relevant and the lines are a bit of an eyesore.

Describe the solution you'd like Plugin to not show lines for the aforementioned places such as: Minigames, skilling guilds, lots of banks. I have also heard that monsters never lose agression in the wilderness, but can't confirm that.

Describe alternatives you've considered Plugin to only activate & show lines when in combat. My personal ideal fix would to do this in addition to the suggestion in the former question.

If Always active is off, it will only ever show when there is a listed NPC in view distance.
