1 year ago I thought I'd mention that a band-aid fix would be to add custom entry:
Use,Special Attack,*
This will prioritise the spec orb in all cases, I do agree that this should be default behaviour though. You may run into issues down the line when adding more custom swaps where you override the special attack rule,, so it might be worth being more specific with the rules that you set

Bug description
Using menu entry swapper to alter the left click option of an object causes left clicks to register that object through the special attack orb (see video). In this instance I changed left click to quick enter a room in raids 3, and then clicking my special attack orb when it was positioned over that quick start object causing me to run towards that object rather than speccing which resulted in my death. This incident was easily reproduced by a Runelite contributor (Enriath) from discord so she referred me here to report the issue.
