That's what I thought at first and to some degree there will always be at least a one pixel border around an application depending on how it's rendered by Windows, however... most applications don't appear to have this problem and if you compare RuneLite to the official client you can see that it's more visible with RuneLite.
Surprisingly, you can even take a screenshot with the snipping tool of the full window and zoom in to see it in the resulting image.

Bug description
The border of the RuneLite client appears to be opaque in places around the edges of the window where I believe it should not be opaque. This causes my desktop background to show through when it shouldn't. As you will notice in the screenshots I have attached, this visual bug only appears to happen with the lower left corner of the RuneLite window. If you're like me, you will never un-see this lol, so hopefully it's a quick and easy fix.
