Special attack counter: update #103

Among others a bunch of weapons are missing, including elder maul and potentially the new emberlight when it gets added. Also the defense draining infobox could potentially get added.

This is the issue for updating the wiki page, the functionality of Emberlight has already been added, and will be available when RuneLite is updated during this Wednesday's game update https://github.com/runelite/runelite/commit/7ac9d7b28ffdbd0f800245d37d81512284b48101
