I've went ahead and made a discord for everyone to join so we could be in contact with each other and be able to discuss the future of this custom build.

I'm hoping that anyone who is looking to help w/ development and especially the current developer that is managing all of this himself will join and we can make something bigger. I'm also willing to help w/ future development .

it looks like the original maintainer doesn't have enough time to keep the plugins up to date or pull in new features

https://github.com/runelite-extended/runelite looks like it is more regularly maintained and updated
