ipv6 compatibility or force ipv4 #4

Hello!

Found out that when ipv6 is activated it will hang for 2 mn before connecting to audio channel when trying to connect to ipv6 socks proxy it will not work at all

Would it be possible to either add ipv6 support or to force ipv4 so the lag between joining vocal and being actually connected isnt so big ?

The main problem is that my ISP does not have ipv6 addresses.

When I have time I will try to make a test bench for ipv6 locally or use a tunnel broker.
