Missing scripts in cedarview build #111

Description

I've managed to install the latest cedarview release package on my DS1513+ but found that some scripts mentioned in the docs are missing in the build

I'm not sure where the second script should be stored but it was/is not included.

Steps to reproduce

install the latest package on cedarview target

Expected behavior

all mentioned scripts to be available

Synology NAS model

DS1513+ DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 2
