Updating to wireguard v1.0.20200401 #34

Now that wireguard has finally gone v1.0, I thought it was worthwhile to make an update.

I currently have this running successfully on a DSM918+ with no discernible behavioral differences from the originally provided wireguard and wireguard-tools versions
