Web Settings Tab will not work, ispy keeps freezing when I click on this tab to set up remote

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I restart the program, and click web settings tab it freezes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
program keeps freezing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.7.7.0  Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

I closed the program, made sure it was updated, checked all other tabs work 
fine.  When I click on the web settings tab to configure my remote settings it 
freezes

disable ipv6 support in settings, restart ispy
