I get an empty white window after I entered my login informations #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opened my browser on 
http://localhost:8888/rockmongo/index.php?action=login.index&host=0
2. Filled the field DB Name(s) with the name of one DB known to exist.
3. Clicked on Connexion & Rock.

I was expecting to see the window of a rockmongo in operations. But I have 
gotten an empty white window instead. I am tempted to think that I have all the 
software components in place since I can reach this same mongodb with 
phpMoAdmin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

RockMongo Version v1.1.1 - 2011-05-04 on a MacOSX Snow Leopard / MAMP .

Operation System (Windows/CentOS, ...)

PHP Version (5.1.6, ...)

php_mongo Version (1.0.9, ...)

MongoDB version (1.8.5, ...)

Please provide any additional information below.
