是否可以增加一个根据上游返回情况筛选
我的情况是,ISP DNS不返回IPV6
但是能够返回IPV6的DNS会返回不适当的IPV4地址
我的需求是,首先查询IPV6 
DNS服务器,如果无IPV6地址返回,则查询ISP并返回
