setLocalDispatchPeriod #869

Hi,

in our app we want to send events every 30 seconds. We are using method 
setLocalDispatchPeriod. In debug, is working fine, but when we enable proguard, 
the dispatch period is the default one, 2 minutes. 

Do you know why is this happening?
