"Get a Configuration file" link not working #880

Issue summary:

When you click the button "GET A CONFIGURATION FILE" for a new project, the 
links opens a page with an endless spinner.

In the javascript console the following 2 errors are present.

about:blank:1 Refused to display 
'https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=cloudconsole&osid=1&passiv…c
ollection/ios/v3/app?configured%253Dtrue&hl=en#add-config&cntlbl=Continue 
Adding Analytics&cntapi=analytics' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' 
to 'DENY'.

Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided 
('https://console.developers.google.com') does not match the recipient window's 
origin ('null').

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Go to 
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ios/v3/?ver=objc 
with Chrome or Safari
2. Click "GET A CONFIGURATION FILE"

Expected output:

A configuration file

Actual results:

Endless Spinner. Not possible to proceed with Google Analytics install in iOS 
app.

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this issue.  The "GET A CONFIGURATION FILE" page now 
successfully loads.  Please let us know if you encounter additional issues when 
accessing that page.
