ChromeVox does not appear with my other extensions #87

Why doesn't the Chromevox icon show up with my other extensions, so I can 
easily activate/deactivate it? I only have six active extensions, and if I hide 
one or more extensions the CV icon still does not appear.

CV causes problems with my sent email box and my website (randomly adds html). 
I never received an answer to my bug submission about this problem.

I need to activate/deactivate CV manually by going to tools > extensions 

It's a pain and I really need a screenreader for my writing and editing work.
