GN build incomplete #523

GN build dosent build all targets
Done. Wrote 85 targets from 26 files in 837ms
Done. Wrote 85 targets from 26 files in 793ms

but the libraries and unittests are missing.

GN build fails

BUILD.gn does not contain any test or util targets - they'll need to added.
