When creating new customers, we need a way to run the code as www-data, or else we need some kind of wrapper script to change the ownership of the directory to www-data, because otherwise, the key will be written with root permissions, and then when the WSGI daemon tries to access it in the future, it will get denied permission because it is running as www-data.
