Look at different ways to get the default IP, relying on route print command and or netstat command might not always be reliable.

After reading some more about the encryption library that we use (Fernet, which does AES-128), it may be helpful to gather the available and total RAM of the client device. Apparently Fernet can have issues with being a memory hog when processing large files, so this may be something to watch out for.
