I added a commit to convert logo banner to css grid for more finite control over layout. I tested granularly from 300px to 2200px and it looks good to me, but I'd like your eyes on it as well.

Side note, we probably want a full page content wrapper at 1400px or so to avoid the big-screen disaster that is this site beyond 2000px
