replace shell.js with shell.js #34

I only looked at this briefly but it looks like you should be able to plug this into runtime? https://github.com/arturadib/shelljs

Runtimejs is not UNIX, so it's not easily portable.

Basically the problem is that the system doesn't support low level interface required by shell.js. Maybe someday it would be possible to port it. Closing this for now.
