Build iele-assemble with Nix

This pull request would build iele-assemble with Nix.

Other changes:

Update to GHC 8.8. The older version of GHC used until now is not supported by recent haskell.nix.
Fix broken test inputs. Several test failures were fixed by changing the test input, which seems to have used illegal syntax.
Renamed Haskell package providing assembler. Conventionally, packages providing a single executable have the same name as that executable. The generic name would have made it awkward for us if anyone ever published a Haskell package with a name so generic as compiler.

@dwightguth This is ready for you to review. Please ping me on Slack some time when you are available so that we can set up the cache for this package. (I just need someone with admin access to add a secret key to the GitHub repo.)
