Adds AKS and CloudQuery authentication options to support:

Kubernetes resources discovered via Azure cretentials (under cloudConfig.azure.aksClusters)
Azure SP details via configmap (cloudConfig.azure.[tenantId|subscriptionId|clientId|clientSecret])
Azure SP details via secret (cloudConfig.azure.spSecretName)
Azure Managed Identity leverage the role that the Pod is running as

The order is such chat details in the configMap are evaluated first (if present), then the secret (if present), then Managed Identity
