feat: restore port, refactor canvas dimensions #31

use canvas boundingBox to set canvas width & height
restore port to SocketAddr string

I did have to set the canvas.width and canvas.height still, even using the bounding box values, instead of window.innerWidth & window.innerHeight - NAVBAR_HEIGHT.
