URL links with singlequote (') will be cut

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. URL裡如果有單引號(')，link會被單引號切掉。例如
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euler's_formula
，這種情形在帶有所有格的Wikipedia條目常出現。
