Team's Response

The link correctly brings the users to the section on policy command which only can be added to clients. Not sure what this issue this report is trying to bring up.

Reason for disagreement: The team could have been clearer and labeled this heading as Adding a policy to a **client** contact that makes it clearer since this command doesn't work for friend contacts.
